Are you open to abundance ?

Are you open to abundance? That's an interesting question. Most of us would say a resounding YES! However, to step into abundance you have to get your head in alignment with your heart. Most of us have no idea what that really means. We've lived our lives with a battle going on within. A battle between our heads telling us what we "should" do versus our hearts telling us the truth.

Here are five steps to align your head with your heart and create a life of abundance.

1. Give yourself permission to receive…
Most of us don't do this very well. We've been ingrained with a belief that says to receive is selfish. But it's not. Receiving creates an opening to give of yourself. If your cup is empty, there is nothing left to give to anyone else.

2. Release any beliefs that say you're not worthy of receiving…
This is an interesting one and key to abundance. So many of us carry around subconscious labels and beliefs that tell us we are bad. It is due to this self-judgment that we shut down to receiving the abundance we crave. As you let go of your "badness" and see who you are and what you bring to the table of life, you see that you are of value and open up to abundance.

3. Get to know the real you…
The question here is, "Do you know who you are?" Most of us don't. We've lived our lives conforming, trying to survive. We have no idea what we believe or what our hearts desire. But when you peel away negative mental programming and false beliefs, you see your truth. This truth is how God created YOU!

4. Say YES! to your heart…
As you get to know who you are and what you believe, you open up to abundance. But get this; you've got to say YES! to you. We get stuck with this because humans are pack animals. We want to be a part of the group. But it's in this survival mode that we separate from God. It's when we say YES! to who we are and give ourselves PERMISSION to stand in this truth that we create a connection to God and take a giant step into abundance.

5. Surrender to God…
Your heart tells you the truth. Your heart is God speaking to you. Most of us look outside of ourselves asking for guidance, but don't know how to receive it. Your heart is God's greatest messenger of all! When you surrender to the messages in your heart that guide you each day, you surrender to God. You align your head with your heart and create a life of abundance.

So my question to you once again is, "Are you open to abundance?" Are you standing in your truth, saying YES! to your heart? If you are, congratulations! If you feel you're not open to receiving the kind of life your heart is guiding you to, then I invite you to look at your limiting beliefs to see how you shut down to abundance. It's time to say YES! to you!
